Points marked with "(experimental)" are experimental! This means:

This in an experimental feature and will be improved over the next updates!

Make sure to leave feedback in and report bugs in !

New features

Translator module (experimental)

Translate messages in tickets! In the server AND in your DMs!

In the server, you can only translate messages from the user in the ticket.

In DMs, you can only translate replies in your open tickets.

Because there is a limit what the bot can translate, I have added a limit of

  • 50 translations per server, and

  • 20 translations per user (in the DM)

I will monitor the usage of the translations over the next day/weeks any might adjust the limits.

Message-confirmation

Enable/Disable the option, to confirm every message before it's being sent over to the user.

The confirmation emojis stay for 1 minute. By clicking ❌, nothing happens.

Only the person who sent the message can use the confirmation emojis while every other reaction and emoji is being removed.

  • Use /config tickets message-confirmation

Disable report buttons

Enable (and disable) the buttons on the report messages.

This is helpful if you have another bot for moderation.

  • Use /config reports report-button

Auto-Redict - "Automatic message forwarding"

Toggle whether or not messages you send to the bot should automatically be sent to your last active ticket.

This disables almost all confirmations in your DMs.

IMPORTANT!

If you now want to create a ticket in another server, but have an active ticket, you have to use /ticket-create or click the button on the Ticket Panel in the server.

Note: The command does NOT work inside of a server!

  • Use /toggle auto-redict

Tips (experimental)

You now have tips on messages in your DMs!

  • To disable/enable them use /toggle tips

Close-Requests (experimental)

Request the closure of the ticket.

If a close-request is sent, no one can send messages in this ticket! Neither the user in the DM, nor the staff in the ticket-post.

The user has to accept or deny it.

  • Use /close-request [close-time] [close-reason]

    • close-time in hours ; 1 - 48 hours

      • This will try to close the ticket are the given time

    • If the close-reason if not given, a placeholder like "Not Given" is inserted.

    • Both parameters are optional!

Changes

  • Changed the design of the the ticket-creation message.

    • The pings are now displayed directly in the post-creation message

  • Color of some embeds

  • Fixed some typos

  • Updated the whole /help command (really everything!)
