Auto redirect

By default, you have to confirm to which server you want to send direct messages to.

You can change this behavior with the command /preferences auto-redirect.

Action
Enabled
Disabled

Message behavior

Your direct messages will be automatically redirected to the last active ticket.

You have to confirm every message before it's getting sent into a ticket.

Creating new tickets while other tickets are open

You must use /ticket-create to create a new ticket if you already have an open ticket.

You must either select the server you want to send the message to or click Change Server. Just try it and see. It's very user friendly.

Supported Languages

  • English

  • German (Deutsch)

  • French (Français)

Language Determination and Usage

The default language is English.

If the language of your Discord client is not in the list of supported languages, English is used.

The bot adapts its responses to the user's language preference. This is determined by:

1. Preferred Configured Language

This language is mainly used within the message exchange in your direct messages - anything not typed by a user.

For example, when you receive a message from a ticket, the "Response in Ticket" text will be translated with this language, but not the content of the message the staff member typed. It is also used when you receive an update on an open report.

2. Discord Client Language

The bot can automatically detect the user's preferred language from their Discord client settings.

This one is used for commands, button clicks, select menus, and form submissions.

What is a "Discord Client"?

The term "Your Discord Client" simply refers to the app or program you use to access Discord. Think of it like a remote control for watching TV—it’s the tool that connects you to Discord’s servers so you can chat, speak, and interact with others.

Depending on how you use Discord, your "client" might be:

  1. The Discord app on your phone (Android or iOS).

  2. The Discord program on your computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux).

  3. The Discord website if you're using it through a browser like Chrome or Safari.

So, when people say "Your Discord Client," they're just talking about whatever version of Discord you're using to log in and chat.

Changing the language

To change the Discord Client Language or Configured Language, follow these steps:

1. For Discord Client Language:

  • Open your Discord application or website.

  • Open your User Settings.

  • Navigate to the Language section.

  • Select your preferred language.

2. Preferred Configured Language:

Use the command /preferences language and select the new language your want to use for the actions .
