/config tickets
You have the option to select a module to configure.
Add or remove that get pinged whenever a ticket is created.
First, decide if you want to add or remove entities. Then, choose the users and roles to be added or removed.

Messages from Bots in ticket posts are always ingored. Unless the bot is configured here.
Change whether all messages in ticket posts are automatically forwarded to the user.
If disabled, messages in ticket posts must begin with the bot's mention @SupportMail if they should be automatically forwarded to the user.
If enabled, all messages are automatically forwarded.

/config reports
You have the option to select a module to configure.
After selecting the module for configuring the channel for reports, the bot responds with a menu showing the currently configured channel.
If nothing is configured, it's empty.
Select a new channel to change the alert channel. The bot will check permissions and then save the new channel.
