Use the /setup tickets command to start the setup.
After executing the bot will check several things before you can continue.
Permissions: The bot needs to have specific permissions in order to set up tickets - if something is missing, the bot will tell you.
Community: Community needs to be enabled in order to create a .
If everything is fine, the bot will ask you to select at least one .
This can be changed later and is only done in order to give the bot the right permissions in the forum.
Now the bot will create a category with a forum in the highest possible position in the channel list.
You can move the forum around and even delete the category if you want.
IIf the ticket forum is deleted, it gets deleted from the database and users can no longer create new tickets or reply in open ones.
All currently open tickets will also be closed.
