Users can message the bot via DM.
SupportMail asks what to do with the message. The response depends on things like the number of open tickets, the number of servers.
Tickets are created in a -> A special , created by the bot itself, that houses all tickets.
Staff members who have access to the forum can interact with users in the corresponding ticket-posts. They can write messages, send attachments and close tickets.
Server managers can also configure, whether or not messages in should be automatically forwarded to the user or the message every message in them gets ignored, except the ones starting with the Bot's mention - @SupportMail.
Users should not be able to view this channel. Modmail is based on the idea that users only interact via DM and staff in the ticket-channels (ticket-posts)
