Close Requests
All the methods that can be used to close a ticket are explained here.
Creating Close Requests
A close request allows users to accept or deny the closing of a ticket. There are several options that can be set, which are explained below.
Automatic close
Input format: Time-Strings
The accepted range goes from 10 minutes to 2 days. Inputs that exceed this range have no effect, so that the maximum/minimum is automatically used in the event of an overflow.
Comment
Team members can add a comment that can be displayed to the user.
This text is not stored permanently - it's only stored until the request is accepted, denied, or (automatically) deleted.
Privacy
This option determines whether the comment is sent to the user.
Deleting Close-Requests
The bot will usually reply to the original request in the ticket.
Accept
Users can accept a request and close the ticket.
Deny
Users can deny a request, the bot will delete the request and send a notification in the ticket-post.
Delete
Team members in the ticket-post can use /close-request delete
to delete a close-request.
This will delete the original message in the ticket-post and the user's DM without any notice.
Automatically
The ticket will be automatically closed after the time that was provided in the Automatic close-option
