Staff Commands
Commands that every staff member should be able to use.
/close
Close the ticket in whose post you run this command.
You can provide a comment - an additional comment which is stored in the database and is shown to the user, if not specified otherwise in the option privacy-setting.
/close-request
A close request allows users to accept or deny the closing of a ticket. There are several options that can be set, which are explained here: Close Requests
/reopen
Reopen a ticket by providing
the ticket ID
the ID of the ticket-post
the link to the ticket-post
This will send a message in the ticket-post and to the user.
