If you have any problems getting started with the bot...

Before you start the setup...

1. The right permissions

Give the Bot's role the right permissions. All of them listed below.

If you don't want to use the report system, you can ignore the following:

• Kick Members

• Ban Members

• Moderate Members

"Shady permissions"

Some permissions may seem unnecessary for the bot and are indeed risky. If you've considered this, you have a good amount of common sense.

Below is an explanation of dangerous permissions.

• Manage Channels: The Bot needs this permission to create the needed channels for the Support-System.

• Manage Server: Sometimes, bots are a bit buggy, and the permission above is not enough.

• Manage Roles: If this is disabled, the bot can't assign roles to the Forum that gets created. Then no one besides Admin-Roles can see the tickets.

2. Set up roles

You definetly need at least a Support role that should be the only one to view the ticket-forum.
