Configure an embed that is sent to the user when they create a ticket in your server.

Start by using the command /config tickets and select the option to edit the ticket creation-message.
Your current configuration is now shown to you. If nothing is configured, a message will indicate this, and you can start the configuration using the button below.
After you submit this modal your changes are saved and again displayed for you.
To reset, and therefore disable this feature, you can run the /config reset tickets command and choose the option Ticket creation message.
Below you can see an example of how the creation message could look.

When you click the button, a is shown where you can enter the text, embed color and for the creation message.
