Created by the bot itself, this houses all tickets of the server.
The forum has 4 by default:
🟢 - Open
🔒 - Closed
💬 - The user responded and is now waiting for a reply from the staff.
⏳ - The staff has replied and is now waiting for a reply from the user.
When creating a ticket, the 🟢 and 💬 tags are applied automatically. When a ticket is closed, only the 🔒 tag is applied.
When a user sends a message in a ticket, the 💬 tag is applied. If anyone in the ticket post sends a message, the ⏳ tag is also applied. These tags are updated with each new message.
Every ticket is created as Post in the ticket-forum. This is the place where the interaction between the staff and the user takes place.
Staff members who have access to the forum can chat with the users. They can write messages, send attachments or in different ways.
Server managers can also configure, whether or not messages in ticket-posts should be automatically forwarded to the user or the message every message in thrm gets ignored, except the ones starting with the Bot's mention - @SupportMail
.
