BETA Feature

This feature is a new feature by the release of V2. So if there are any bugs, please report them in the !

Anonymous tickets allow users to communicate with server moderators without revealing their identities.

When a user creates an anonymous ticket, the bot handles the conversation, stripping any identifying information before sending it to the .

This feature helps maintain user privacy while enabling them to report issues or seek assistance confidently.

Identifying information does not refer to personal details in any way.

It just refers to the user ID, username, roles, etc.

Creating an anonymous ticket

To create an anonymous ticket, use the /ticket-create command with the anonymous option set to Yes.

This option is set to No by default.

Note that the server can also disable this feature completely, so tickets will not be created anonymously even if this option is selected.

The Alias

To provide a smooth experience, the bot assigns a to the ticket author.

Every message that is sent into the ticket post or edited will have this alias.

Security measures

Since anonymity is something very powerful, there will be people abusing this feature.

There is no real way to prevent this sadly, but you can still blacklist a user for misbehavior by passing the ticket ID in the /blacklist add command.
