This page explains how to set up tickets.

There are two ways to set up tickets.

Setup wizard 🧙‍♂️

If you are not really familiar with the bot or want to do a basic setup of every configuration option, you can use /setup tickets guided.

You will then be shown how to set up the ticketing features. This is ideal for beginners who need help with the important configurations.

Quick/ Minimal setup ⚙️

For users familiar with the settings and prefer to configure options independently, use the command /setup tickets quick. This option will just create the ticket forum in the category you provided which you can then configure yourself, without the step-by-step prompts of the guided setup, providing more flexibility for advanced users.

No worries if you've misclicked – you can easily change every configuration with the /config tickets command at any time.

You only need to edit the permissions in the ticket forum by yourself.

Fixing a Setup

You can run /setup tickets fix to let the bot automatically fix wrong configurations.

The following configurations will be checked and fixed if needed:

• Available Tags in the ticket forum. The bot will delete all current and create completely new ones

• More are options are planned but not implemented at the moment
