Let users give feedback on your support.

Feature
Although this feature was tested beforehand, it is a new feature by the release of V2. So if there are any bugs, please report them in the support server!
Users can give feedback in two ways:
Rating the support
Answering up to 5 optional questions (SupportMail Gold Feature)
When configured, the user will receive a select menu on the notification that the ticket got closed where they can select the number of stars they want to give. (1-5)
Managers can also configure up to 5 questions to ask the user.
It can look like this:

After submitting the questions or selecting the rating, then a "thank you" response is shown.
This can be also configured, but just the text.

Configuration
To configure this, run /config tickets
as always and select User Feedback.
You will now be shown a menu with various options. You can choose whether you want to edit the questions, reset (deactivate) the whole thing or edit the thank you message.
When initially setting this feature up the following things will happen in the ticket forum:
Tags will be added to sort tickets by rating. Example -- Bild --
A pinned post will be created to send feedback to. Example -- Bild --
Manage Questions
You will see a menu new which will look like this:

Editing Questions
If you've selected a questions then you will be able to edit it by pressing Edit Question.
A modal pops up which looks like this:

If you enter an invalid value, it will be changed to the default or left as it currently is.
Configurable options
Adding Questions
Press the button Add Question to add a new question.
The same modal as above in Editing Questions will be shown, just that you add a new questions instead of editing one.
Remove Questions
If you have a question selected, you can press the red Remove Question button which is irreversible.
Reorder Questions
To reorder questions, you have to press the Reorder button which shows you a modal like this.

The questions are order top to bottom by their position. Every question is displayed in the label and the current position is pre-filled.
To reorder, simply modify the current position.
Example
You have just added a new question (3
here) which you want to be at position 2.

If a new position is invalid (no number between 1 and 5 or a position is duplicated) then nothing will be changed.
Thank you response
After the user has successfully provided feedback a response will be shown.
Either the default message
Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we do not respond to feedback. If you want a response, please open a ticket.
To edit this message, click the button on the base-menu.

Reset this config
Directly hit the Reset button an the base-menu.

This will delete the feature configuration, including any questions, tags, and other data.
