Learn how to configure each aspect of the tickets feature.

Each aspect can be configured with the command /config tickets.

Each guide here will start from the moment when you've executed the command.


You can configure which roles and users you want to add or remove.

You can enable or disable this setting.

If you have Premium, you can also edit the alias.

Send a panel in a channel with a button users can click to start the ticket-creation process.

This is not needed.

This is a Premium Feature.

Create embeds that users will receive when they create or close a ticket.

Bots are usually ignored in ticket posts. This allows you to allow up to 5 bots that will not be ignored.

Here you have a select menu with pre-selected values. To change the configuration, simply change the selection.
