Custom Messages

Configure an embed that is additionally shown to the user when they create a ticket in your server.

Start by using the command /config tickets and select the option Custom Messages.

You can then select which message you want to edit (the close- or creation-message).

After the selection, you will see the configured message, if applicable.

To edit the message, you can click the Edit Message Details button.

To reset it, you can click the second button Reset Custom Message.


Configurable options

You can configure the following aspects:

  • embed description (up to 4000 characters)

embed image
You need Gold to use this feature.
embed color
